The Infinity Systems Engineering VP, Business Development (VPBD) is responsible for all aspects of Infinity’s aggressive business development objectives, including strategy development, opportunity identification, capture management, proposal development, personnel/performance management and and more broadly, customer relationship management.

Strategy Development Responsibilities

---Work closely with the President to develop and execute the overall corporate strategic plan

---Work collaboratively with the executive team and across the company

---Lead and collaborate with company stakeholders and external entities to acquire and develop supporting analysis for strategy development.

---Identify capability and technology gaps and opportunities

---Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify and capitalize on opportunities as well as mitigate potential impacts to the corporate strategy.

---Support all organic and inorganic growth planning and opportunities. including potential M&A targets, geographic expansions, partnerships, and Joint Ventures, to facilitate exceeding growth objectives

---Oversee the development of market insight on requirements, acquisition strategy, acquisition timing, and contract vehicle choices as required.

Business Development Operations Responsibilities

---Lead the Business Development department, including personnel management, performance management, budget planning and execution, process implementation, and continuous improvement.

---Identify & Develop data analysis measures for monitoring overall performance of the business development department and establish regular review cycle with the executive management team to review performance against objective measures and act on areas for improvement.

---Oversee the execution of all planning and review activities, to include opportunity updates to internal stakeholders, including collaboration sessions, gate reviews, win theme workshops, color reviews, and all weekly and monthly reporting

Basic Qualifications

---Bachelor's degree and at least 12+ years of Business Development / Capture & Proposal / Strategy related experience, including 10+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.

---Experience working directly with the Air Force and Space Force communities, with desired experience working with Intel Community

---Experience with Intel/DoD budget, investments, and acquisition processes

---Demonstrated success in significant program wins

---Demonstrated partnering and relationships with key government customers and industry partners

---Strong Oral and Written skills with an ability to use automated tools to present ideas, information, and reports, as well as an enterprise CRM tool to track opportunities and manage pipeline

---Travel as required, up to 25% per month

Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced Technical or Business Degree desired.

12+ years of Business Development / Capture & Proposal / Strategy related experience, including 10+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.

Colorado Springs, CO; Remote eligible

TS/SCI strongly desired, but may consider TS with SCI eligibility


$210,000 - $280,000
