Position Overview

Infinity is seeking an experienced Program Controller with United States Air/Space Force experience and knowledge of the capabilities at the Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Space Superiority Systems Directorate.

Primary Responsibilities

The program controller is responsible for assisting the program manager with program execution and adherence to established budget and schedule. The program controller will interface with the mission product teams to coordinate schedule and tasks as well as stakeholders to insure alignment with program objectives.

The program controller will assist with review and development of subcontract change orders for established subcontractors. The program controller will be primarily responsible for generation of monthly status reporting (budgetary and schedule) as dictated by CDRL.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in the following:

- Experience with EVMS reporting standards and variance analysis

- Experience with program progress reporting, trending and schedule analysis

- Experience with program critical path analysis

- Experience managing programs with subcontractors

- Experience communicating and working with Executive level government and non-government leadership and personnel.

- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills

- Lifecycle Project Management.

- Fluent in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Project, and Excel.

- Familiar with Agile environments and tools

Bachelor’s degree in Management or related engineering field

10+ years of industry-related experience, with 5 years of experience with DoD program lifecycles.
