We are seeking a Senior Engineer (Network Architect)to join the Infinity Systems Engineering team.

Summary of Responsibilities:

This Senior Engineer will have experience and abilities in the following:

- Provides technical support drafting, reviewing, editing documents supporting Satellite communications (SATCOM) systems.

- Participates in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), Design reviews, Test and Evaluation support and other technical meeting and discussions.

- Coordinates activities test activities between Government, Prime vendor and other test organizations.

- Represents Program Office chairing Working Group meetings to define test operator participants, site survey briefs, determine adequate schedule, coordinate setup activities, conducts rehearsal of concept drills and dry runs of scenarios.

- Functions as lead to coordinate and report on test activities as required.

Required Skills:

- Analyzes and reports on technical requirements and data such as CDRLs, System Engineering and verification reviews and other technical activities as assigned.

- Produces technical documents, letters and briefing packages in support of tasking.

- Develops and reviews test plans, CDRLs, schedules and costs in support of program objectives.

- Provides oral and written assessments and reports as required in support of assigned duties.

- Specialized experience should include: designing, optimizing, troubleshooting, and managing hardware and software components in a multi-enclave network.


- Direct experience and knowledge of UHF SATCOM, UFO, LEASAT, and/or MUOS is highly preferred.

- Experience with WCDMA and design, testing, fielding, and maintenance of complex C4ISR systems and equipment is preferred

- Experience with operator training, parts obsolescence, Navy shore installation processes, technology refresh, and industry operating systems and equipment certifications is preferred (e.g. CISCO, Microsoft).

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is required. - Master’s degree in Engineering is desired.

- Minimum of five to ten (5-10) years’ experience in communications with at least five (5) of the last eight (8) involved in Satellite Communications Systems. - Five (5) years of specialized experience required, ten (10) years preferred, supporting global DoN or DoD networks; specific experience with the MUOS network is preferred.
