We are in search of a Joint Planner/Operations Analyst who will join our team of professionals. The individual will support the USSPACECOM mission

Summary of Responsibilities:

The USSPACECOM mission is to deter aggression and conflict, defend U.S. and allied freedom of action, deliver space combat power for the Joint/Combined force, and develop joint warfighters to advance U.S. and allied interests in, from, and through the space domain. The Advisory & Assistance Support (A&AS) services will support all Directorates/Divisions.

Infinity will be supporting J3/J5/J7 to provide USSPACECOM with critical planning, space expertise and continuity. USSPACECOM requires contractor support in order to a maintain a high operational tempo including quick response to tasks, inquiries, and orders from the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Staff, Commander USSPACECOM and other USSPACECOM senior leadership as directed.

Qualifications:

- Support joint planning in accordance with (IAW) Joint Publication 5-0 and Joint Operations IAW the Joint Publication 3-0 series.

- Integrate and synchronize plans, strategic concepts, designs, and methodologies, with the Joint Staff, other combatant command planning staffs and other entities.

- Support the planning and execution of Joint Staff and USSPACECOM exercises and war-games.

- Maintain highly effective SAP/STO security and joint planning, including quick response to tasks, inquiries, and orders from HHQs, the - - Combatant Commander, and other USSPACECOM senior leadership, as directed.

- Support the development of plans (2-4 per year) through the application of operational art and operational design in conjunction with the joint planning process.

-Knowledge of space operations, joint planning, and operational support at the Combatant Command-level.


Bachelor's degree is preferred. Relevant work experience can be used to substitute Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of three (three) years’ experience

Colorado Springs, CO

Secret security clearance (TS/SCI clearance eligibility)

Summer 2022

$80-$130K This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
