We are seeking to hire an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our Corporate Headquarters Operations team. Senior HR Manager responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team.

Summary of Responsibilities:

- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress

- Design and implement company policies that encourage a healthy work environment

- Address complaints and resolve them by implementing innovative solutions

- Make changes and suggest improvements wherever required to ensure the proper functioning of the department

- Design interesting onboarding sessions and processes for new recruits

- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process of new employees, including contributing to the performance of these tasks

- Oversee HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire) and document the observations for future policy making reference

- Evaluate the performance of HR employees and give constructive feedback

- Organize learning and development programs

- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field

- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role

- Solid understanding of labor legislation

- Ability to foster healthy employee relations

- Leadership skills

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

10+ years with BS 15+ years with no degree

$150K - $175K
