Infinity, an exceptional and growing small business, is looking for an Agile Software Engineer in support of the MOSSAIC contract in Colorado Springs

Summary of Responsibilities:

Provide Software Engineer support to the Agile Portfolio Engineering team. This SME will contribute to an engineering team’s evolution from a traditional DoD software engineering environment to an OpenShift/Cloud Native Compute Foundation (CNCF) Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) environment in support of APE prototyping.

Subcontractor supplemental labor resources will work on-site at the L3Harris campus; 4410/4450 East Fountain Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado and at home during COVID-19.


• Familiarity with Graphical User Interface development

• Data formats for space mission data

• Ability to create Java software in a DevSecOps pipeline.

• Cloud architecture experience, with the ability to evolve legacy software into a microservices architecture and expertise with specifying the inputs, outputs and service roles within the architecture.

• Software engineering experience in a Red Hat Linux microservices environment.

• In-depth knowledge of Docker containers and Kubernetes.

• Cloud Native Compute Foundation knowledgeable; able to design, implement, and test software microservices in a CNCF compliant manner.

• Expert in agile software engineering approaches; Experience applying behavior-driven and test-driven development.

• Knowledge of Kobayashi Maru, Platform One, Cloud One, Space Camp, or other Air Force DevSecOps environments is preferred.

Bachelor's in a related field
